HR / Recruitment Administrator - Temp
South Manchester - Immediate start
6 month contract - Very likely to go Permanent
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Administrator based within HR Department and working as part of a busy team to provide support with a wide range of administrative tasks. Duties will include;
* Create and set up files for new starters
* Screen CV's and applications
* Sourcing candidates via various websites
* Contacting applicants to arrange interviews and assessment day
* Posting job adverts
* Chasing references
* Responsible for offer documentation compilation of employment contracts ensuring that all new starters employment complies with our legal responsibilities
* Update holiday and sickness records
* Overall responsibility for employee vetting, Identification checks are issued within timescales
* Carry out basic disclosures
* Liaise with Payroll with regards to new starters and leavers
* Notify line managers of sickness / absence
* Working to deadlines
* Dealing with sensitive information
* Ability to liaise at all levels with tact and diplomacy and deal with queries
* Need to competent with MS Word, Excel and Email
Ideally you will have experience within a similar role in HR or Recruitment we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running. The role is temporary to start immediately but could lead to a permanent role for the right person.
