Special Needs Specialist Support
Protocol Education are looking for a Learning Support Assistant who specializes working with SEND students throughout all key stages.
Working with special needs is so rewarding with new exciting challenges that you can face every day. The school is based in London and caters to students who have Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) & Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC).
The school appreciate career ambitious people as they have specific career ladder routes you can climb. The Ideal candidates would need to be:
oTeam player
oSafeguarding aware
oHappy to do personal care
oModerate SEN knowledge
oHappy take instruction
oBe resilient
oHappy to learn new skills
oHappy to help with personal care needs including feeding & changing
