Autism Specialist Support Worker
GBP65-GBP75 a day
There is a special school based in London that caters to KS3-KS4 students who are on the Autistic spectrum and have complex needs.
The Ideal candidate would be supporting children with ASC (Autistic Spectrum Condition) and SEN and will be required to support individuals on a group and a 1:1 basis, assisting with classwork, behaviour management and helping pupils with their daily routine. In special schools' consistency is key this role is a full-time position requires you to work five days a week for the rest of the academic year.
You will join a well-balanced team who are here to help and assist. The school has an excellent reputation locally and beyond. It has a highly skilled and dedicated staff team who work together to ensure all pupils experience an exciting curriculum tailored to meet their individual needs. The Ideal Candidate:
ASC TA experience (min 1 year)
De-escalation qualification (Team Teach)

PECS or MAKATON
