Various Positions Available

The Just Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for several positions based in Dunmow. These are ongoing temporary positions.

X 2 Stores person (X1 Experience X1 Junior ):
*Receiving goods from external suppliers and from within the factory, verifying and booking onto ERP computer system.
*Making kits for works orders in timely manner - 4/hr average
*Bulk issuing stock via a counter
*Handling and cutting large drums of cable using a cutting machine
*Controlling stock via identification, counting, weighing and location
*Identifying and replenishing shortages
*Returning reclaimed parts to stock & perform regular stock takes.
*Sending parts for inspection
*Fork truck licence beneficial, not essential.
GBP9.35 - GBP11 depending on experience

(Subs-assembly/Part Assy, PCB, Lead Assy, Small Parts (Mezzanine) operator:
*Day shift, 38hrs / wk
*Follow Health and safety procedures
*Detailed soldering, measuring to length, cutting and stripping cable, handling small components
*Follow very basic wiring diagram
*Masking and sand blasting components, ultrasonic clean and preparing moulds and components.
*Apply release agent and assemble small moulds, weighing out and mix epoxy resin and hardener
*Use of vacuum systems to fill moulds with resin & align and glue components
*Follow detailed inspection procedure
*Write concessions and mark up works orders when required.

Cable shop operator / Zeiss
*Day shift, 38hrs / wk
*Follow written work order / detailed work instructions
*Measuring to length, cutting and stripping cable, soldering, wrapping.Use of hand tools
*Follow manual handling training & Health and safety procedures
*Capable of learning multiple stages
*Follow test and inspection procedure
*Output will be monitored against average rate of 4 cables/stage/day.
*Write concessions and mark-up works orders when required.
*Detailed repeatable soldering, cutting and stripping cable, handling small components
*Weighing out and mix epoxy resin and hardener
*Ultrasonic clean and preparing moulds and components. Apply release agent and assembly.
*Follow detailed inspection procedure
*Write concessions and mark-up works orders when required.
