Have you worked within the construction or building services sector? Have you got strong administrative skills and an understanding within the contracts department?
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Contracts Administrator to join a small but friendly team. You will be supporting the Contracts Manager within the Service and Maintenance department by completing paperwork, invoicing, dealing with enquiries and other administrative duties.
Start Date: ASAP
Location: North Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Salary: GBP19,000 - GBP25,000 depending on experience
Benefits: 21 days holiday + bank holidays, raising to 25 days holiday after a longer period of service, social events and Pension scheme
Duties:
* Answering incoming calls and dealing with enquiries
* Logging all communication with customers onto the system (Job Logic)
* Responding to emails in a professional manner
* Checking engineers and sub-contractors paperwork to prepare for invoicing
* Preparing and collating paperwork for monthly contract applications
* Assisting the Contracts Management team with cash flow, debt issues and invoicing
* Raising purchase orders for engineering
* Collecting engineers cost sheets, timesheets and reports
* Inputting engineers details and data onto the system
* Preparing and sending quotations and then following up with clients
* Overseeing projects and support in ordering and sourcing parts and materials
* Collating contract reports for Contract Manager
* Support with administration on helpdesk issues
* Providing clients with feedback and updates
* Contract filing
Skills and Experience Required:
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong administrative skills
* Customer focused
* Well organised with strong attention to detail
* IT competence
* Excellent time management skills and able to work to deadlines across numerous projects
* Self-motivated and driven
* Ability to work well within a team and alone
