Our client has a fantastic opening for an experienced and bubbly Restaurant Manager to join their hugely successful operation. You will have experience in delivery excellent levels of service and all that comes with whilst able to forge great rapport with staff and customers alike.

Responsibilities
* Overseeing all aspects of the restaurant function except the kitchen but able to work alongside to ensure the operation is as slick as possible
* Managing rotas and all staffing matters to include recruitment, training and issues that arise
* Supervising the cleaning and maintenance of guest areas.
* Managing the customers dining experience, working towards exceeding expectations at all times
* Dealing with any enquiries / issues or complaints that arise and following company guidelines in place
* Taking events / wedding enquiries and managing the whole process from start to finish
* Adhering to budgets in place
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role such as front of house manager / restaurant manager etc
* A genuine passionate for delivery exceptional levels of customer service and high end eating experiences
* Being a natural leader, able to motivate , enthuse and lead a team to achieve fantastic results
* Exceptional communication skills, able to build trusting working relationships with staff, customers, suppliers and the local community
* Previous events experience would be desirable
