An opportunity for an Office Manager has been created to be fully responsible for ensuring the efficient organisation and functionality of the office by coordinating multifunctional tasks, HR and general administration.

Key Responsibilities include:

Looking after general facilities management
Looking after the HR process - on-boarding, recruitment, employee benefits, managing HR records
Being first contact for local & matrix management for all site related questions
Locally support managing director in all relevant administrative topics
Support local payroll procedures by managing data supplied to the external payroll providerTo be successful in this role, you will have proven experience working as an Office Manager as well as background managing Facilities, HR, Finance etc.

You will be required to work in the office, however there will be flexibility to work from home.
