A quality focused, regulated, friendly organisation based in Slough is looking for a Project Coordinator to support on one of their flagship products supporting a Project Manager and a remote team. The role requires previous Project support experience with a proactive approach.
Key responsibilities
Support the day to day operational management for Projects and the product portfolio.
Coordinate the delivery, implementation and processes for all projects, to maintain operational and quality standards as required.
Departmental liaison and co-ordination between the Project Manager and all relevant departments within the company.
Maintain, organise and co-ordinate installation schedules. Including inventory management through to delivery.
Maintain, organise and co-ordinate project information and documentation.
Responsible for management of Quality systems, including supplier liaison and review, metric reporting, process handling and performance.
Departmental liaison between related departments such as New Sales, Sales Support, Maintenance and Service, Warehouse, Finance etc
Assist with quotations and pricing requests; order handover and relevant stages within the sales and installation process.
Manage and Resolve any issues throughout the project life cycle.
Participate in sales, operational and tender meetings as required, providing appropriate information and feedback.
Skills/experience required
Experience in project coordination or stakeholder management
Experience with quality management, ideally to ISO standards
Experience with Salesforce or similar an advantage
