Dawson Levy Resourcing are delighted to be recruiting an Finance Administrator. This is an integral position within the company and as such you will be a key and valued member of the team. This position is based in Portsmouth and will include general office, finance and marketing support.

Finance Administrator Job Duties:

Create efficient and effective methods for tracking financial data
Use spreadsheets and Sage to gather and record financial information
Coordinate and execute financial transactions and activities, such as bill payment, invoicing, payroll, etc.
Assist in the audit process by providing information and data as requested
Complete administrative tasks, such as filling out paperwork and filing records
Create organised records and files for tax preparation
Ordering and maintaining office supplies
Prepare regular financial reports and present them to the Directors
Create and adhere to budgets for specific departments, projects, and business needs
General administration duties
