We are looking for a team leader/admin support to cover one of our clients over the summer period based in Corby.
It will be working Sunday through to Thursday on nights 10pm
This role is only tempory over the summer period
Salary GBP(phone number removed) per annum (includes night premium)
The role
To obtain the appropriate work instructions and arrange the work
organisation with the team.
Ensure work meets with the agreed delivery date.
Ensure all work meets with the customer's specification and the
required quality standard.
Ensure one-to-one communication with the customer is maintained
in a timely and professional manner, to ensure that customer
priorities are discussed, agreed and achieved through daily
workload planning.
Review daily performance of team and ensure all internal and
customer KPI's and deliveries are achieved.
Maintain good housekeeping practices throughout the working
areas.
Assess and adjust variations in manning levels and agree with the
Shift Manager.
Ensure that all new team members undergo a full induction and
training process.
Actively pursue Continuous Improvement activities
Attend meetings as required to formalise communications.
The ideal person will have;
Excellent Organisational Skills
Ability to Work on own initiative
Team worker
Flexible and supportive of customer contract and Wincanton
requirements
Work well under pressure and to deadlines
Understand customer requirements
Good communication skills
Good computer skills.
