New job for a Sage X3 Support Consultant - a home based Application Support role, from anywhere in the UK, to work for an award winning Sage X3 reseller. They are large enough to be a major contributor to the market, but small enough for you to be noticed and to make a difference. Financially sound, with an excellent management team who have kept the business fully operational throughout the last difficult 6 months of 2020 - paying up to GBP45k, plus healthcare and bonus.

You may already be working in a Sage X3 support team for a software house or for a reseller, or you may have experience supporting Sage X3 software internally at an end user site, or as a Sage X3 Systems Administrator or super user. All of these roles could be of interest to them. You can work from home anywhere in the UK, Worcester is just a marker point and has nothing to do with where you live.

You will provide hands-on 1st Line Support for Sage ERP X3 covering many modules including finance, manufacturing, inventory, purchasing and sales and knowledge of SQL and / or Crystal Reports would be advantageous. You could also cover some on-line training and 2nd line support if you have the right skills.

Reporting to the Consulting Manager you will have plenty of opportunity to talk to other members in the Sage X3 support team for assistance or advice where needed, and of course to talk to Sage when you need to escalate incidents. Our client is a highly rated, and trusted Sage X3 Partner, they have a track record in consultancy, project management and support spanning more than 15 years, they work solely with Sage X3 and are professional experts.

They are looking for a self-motivated Sage X3 Support Consultant who can work effectively and efficiently, and loves being busy. You will manage and prioritise your workload and support queue, provide telephone and remote support, carry out product testing and help with client training whilst adhering to SLA's and documenting your support cases.
