Sales Administrator
Milton Keynes (2 days working from home)
Salary: GBP25,000
The Sales Administrator role requires intermediate level excel skills, an understanding of spreadsheets with ability to fix formulas if they are broken. As Sales Administrator you will be pro-active and ask questions and will be responsible for preparing and amending quotes and contracts.
Other competencies required for the Sales Administrator role:
* Attention to detail.
* Experience in a commercial organisation.
* Organisational & planning skills.
* Ability to work unsupervised, using initiative to identify tasks to complete.
* Good people skills and team player.
The Sales Administrator role has the following key responsibilities:
* Generate Proposals and Quotes. Proactively manage and report on progress on all Request for Proposals (RFP) for accuracy and completeness in line with reviewer comments.
* Proactively manage, action and report on progress on all Contract Amendments and Request for Information (RFI) submissions.
* Develop and maintain quality metrics for routine and ad hoc reports.
* To be proactive with process improvement initiatives.
* Provide support for the Proposal Manager as required.
* Support to budget forecasting and pricing.
* Any other reasonable tasks as requested by Management.
