A top 500 firm in Cambridgeshire seeks a newly qualified Real Estate Solicitor on a full-time, permanent basis to work in their commercial real estate department.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic solicitor to join our client's thriving business, based in Peterborough. The successful applicant must have a passion for commercial property and be interested in broadening their knowledge across all aspects of commercial property.

Responsibilities
Title investigation
Freehold and leasehold
Registered and unregistered land
Landlord and tenant matters
Agricultural matters
Development work
Drafting, reviewing, and amending documentation
Legal research
Dealing with high-net-worth clients
Liaising with landlords, landowners, and development companies
Business development
The Candidate
Solicitors from NQ to 3 years' PQE
Be able to demonstrate strong technical skills in commercial property
Flair for business development
Excellent customer care and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Work together as a team as well as on own
