Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to bring their ideas to life in a newly created role. We are looking for candidates who can introduce new ways of developing the recruitment and talent function, from introducing an ATS system, working with local communities such as schools and universities, utilising social media, forecasting & talent pooling, and business partnering with stakeholders across the company.
You will also be tasked with recruiting any vacancies within the business across a number of location sites.
Profile
Candidates wishing to apply to the role should have:
A working knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes;
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
Knowledge of utilising an ATS system;
Experience recruiting for difficult to fill roles;
Experience in the legal/professional services sector (desirable, not essential)
Experience of bringing in new recruitment processes (desirable, not essential)Job Offer
