Our branch is an extremely busy Recruitment Business supplying local Warehousing and Distribution companies. The role is the backbone of the office and is only suited to someone who is extrenlty organised, methocial and able to work on their own initiative. The Role :
Referencing all candidates
Compliance
DVLA checks for drivers
Checking drivers CPC, Digi card are in date
Loading candidate info onto in-house systems
Sending weekly hours to payroll team
Dealing with payroll queries
Meet and greet candidates
Answer phones
Monitor social media
Processing applications for criminal record checks
Audits
Controlling adverts
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:30
