* Leading and inspiring a team of up to 6 consultants
* Driving a high-performance culture, where everyone feels valued and can see the impact they make
* Providing desk level coaching and identifying consultant training needs
* Full end to end management of the recruitment cycle (permanent recruitment)
* Provide a consultative approach to manage existing client relationships and cross sell services offered by Smart10
* Constantly assess how Smart10 can add additional value to our clients
* Seek new business opportunities through proactive development
Person Specification:
* Experience of managing a team of successful consultants
* Knowledge and experience of agency recruitment
* The ability to make a difference and leave a legacy every day
* Driven by success and career-minded
* Have a positive mindset
* You will be tenacious, resilient and forward thinking with strong consultative client relationship skills
