Track and Trace Customer Service Lead in Cheshire East Council
Cheshire East Council are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join their Customer Service Team based in Macclesfield.
This role is to work alongside the current team leader and help run the contact centre at Cheshire East Council. This role is on a rota basis and will include 1 in 3 weekends.
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader up to end of December and potentially extended to 31st March 2022 (dependent on workload) within our contact tracing team. As a Team Leader you will manage a team of contact tracers and work alongside our current Team Leader taking responsibility of tasks required to support service delivery.
Rate of Pay: GBP14.38 - GBP17.90 per hour
