We have an exciting opportunity to oversee the 150-bed hostel style accommodation for seasonal agricultural workers across the county of Lincoln. This role will therefore suit an individual with experience working within agriculture worker's living accommodation, property management (PPM), or facilities management (cleaning, reception and security), teamed with a strong customer focus and interest in welfare and enhancing the worker's experience.

Key Elements of the Role:

* Management of the property and customer service delivery, fostering an attitude of service excellence in the areas of security, reception and cleaning. Work closely with the wider company management team to consistently drive high standards providing a one stop seamless service to all tenants, visitors, stakeholders and clients alike.

* Achieve KPI's around set percentage of occupancy throughout the year.

* Lead and manage an Assistant Accommodation manager in their personal and professional development, including arranging a rota for full coverage of the premises.

* Lead facilities and maintenance services to deliver an efficient operation and reactive and planned preventative maintenance throughout the year.

* Accurately maintain the worker's information and provide reporting to management on request.

* Establish and maintain a good working relationship with the wider Group, and any other partnering companies - third party labour providers etc.

* Facilitate tenant/worker welfare issues onsite through tenant mediation, the wider Group's management support.

* Attendance to emergency situations such as fire alarms and requests for assistance from tenants/workers.

* Ensure adherence to Health & Safety safeguarding compliance audits and mandatory documentation.

* Liaise with suppliers and contractors to deliver maintenance SLA's.

The ideal candidate:

* Experience of property management (PPM), lettings management and general maintenance (FM)

* Background in worker's accommodation or equivalent preferred

* Excellent customer focus and passionate about the customer journey and worker's welfare

* Strong team manager and ability to work with wider management teams

* Commercial and able to manage budgets, rent and debt

* Strong communication skills and organisation skills

* Flexibility to the needs of the business

* Eastern European Language skills
