Customer service advisors wanted!
We are currently recruiting for customer service advisors to work in a busy contact centre in the Stoke area.
We have a number of positions available across a few different start dates. Please see the details below:
Start dates: 28/06/2021
Pay rate: GBP9.20 per hour
Location: Stoke, ST1 5ST
Temporary Contract: up to 12 weeks
Hours: Around 35 hours per week, between the hours of 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday & half a day on Saturday. There will be a mixture of various length of shifts throughout the week.
The role:
Working in the contact centre you will be handling calls from customers in regard to missing parcels, tracking numbers and handling any issues or complaints that arise. This will be working at the site where Covid measures are in place to protect everyone.
You will get 2 weeks of training as of the start date before going live on the phones.
Required skills/experience:
- Must have customer service skills.
- Call centre experience is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent level of IT skills including using programmes such as Excel, word and email platforms as well as in house systems which you will be trained on.
- Able to work towards KPI's such as call handling times and customer satisfaction levels.
- Ability to work under pressure.
*Annual leave is not permitted during the first two weeks of training - minimal annual leave after this may be authorised if it is pre-booked however we cannot guarantee this*
