Our client is a prestigious global brand continuing to grow via innovative products and services. They require a Recruitment and HR Administrator. This exciing opportunity is offered on a fixed term basis until at least the end of 2021.You will provide recruitment administration support for the full selection process; from advertising to job offer stage. This includes being the first point of contact for applicants, liaising with managers and site administrators, placing adverts with recruitment agencies and advertising firms, coordinating arrangements for interviews/assessment centres and maintaining imaculate records via a bespoke system. You will also support the UK HR team with other administrative duties.

Some departments are remote working at present and some part home/part office based. This can be discussed at interview.

* You will have proven communication skills, capable of building effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

* You must have a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy

* Good planning and organisation skills are required, and an ability to manage a changing and varied workload

* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in English and Maths at grades C or above, you will have previously worked in an administrative role in a fast paced environment. Ideally within a recruitment or HR function

* You must be a confident user of Microsoft Word and Excel

* Previous Recruitment/HR administration experience would be advantageous.

* Recruitment or HR systems experience.

* Administration or Microsoft based qualifications
