Blueprint Recruitment Solutions is looking for a sales-focussed graduate for an office based position as a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant. If you are a recent or 2021 graduate with an aptitude for sales and you are looking for an exciting team based office job with full training, this could be a great opportunity for you.
This new role is based at our offices on the Cams Hall Estate in Fareham on the edge of Portsmouth and will suit an ambitious graduate who wants to work in a friendly office with a fast-paced sales environment. You will have excellent opportunities for career progression and will make long lasting friendships with your colleagues and customers.
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant with Blueprint you will work in a niche sector and will become a Specialist Recruiter in your field. You will build relationships on the telephone, network with clients and source quality candidates for a range of professional positions. Through our collaborative team working model you will receive plenty of mentoring and support from your team leaders and colleagues. Our graduates are paid a good basic salary with target-based commission and bonuses on top, so that earnings can increase substantially year on year.
