We are looking for a Client Delivery Manager to work primarily on Beauty Projects.

You will be responsible for delivering projects on behalf of our beauty clients, managing the life cycle of projects within industry-leading retailers.

To take responsibility for ensuring all allocated accounts and/or clients projects are completed on time, to budget and to the client's satisfaction. To liaise with the client where appropriate and build client relationships in order to proactively manage projects. To plan future projects effectively so that client KPI's are achieved and operational activities are planned and implemented to deliver exceptional client support in the most cost effective manner.

Key Accountabilities:

Customer Service / Client Management

Responsible for meeting and exceeding the client expectations by ensuring excellent project delivery as the key operational contact by understanding the detail of the client's needs.

Commercial/ Financial

Ensure the margin for the quote model is met or exceeded by using excellent planning and negotiation skills


Responsible for ensuring 'Right First Time' delivery of all projects, supported by completing clear, relevant and timely reporting for the client and management

Process/ Procedures

Responsible for ensuring the timely completion of the steps of the project management process from set up to completion


Responsible for completing regular accurate communication (verbal & written) with the client (daily/weekly) to ensure project status and updates are provided

People Management / Team working

Responsible for managing any assistants or temporary staff on projects to ensure they have clear instructions and deliverables

Innovation/ Development

Responsible for reviewing the routine processes to ensure they are as efficient as possible and fit for purpose.

Customer Service / Client Management:

Build strong client relationships as the main operational point of contact for your allocated accounts and/or clients.

Provide key information to the client prior to the project going live and then ongoing as requested within agreed timescales.

Ensure that client expectations are managed effectively with the aim to always exceed expectations where possible.

Manage any client/store employee/worker/subcontractor/office complaints in relation to your allocated account(s) effectively and in a timely fashion.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge & full visibility of the client and their requests and/or forthcoming works and share with the RMC.

Ensure excellent product/account knowledge.

Ensure client SLA and Support Team Guidelines are fulfilled at all times
