This role will be working from home but you must be flexible to travel to the office in Manchester once a week, car share options are available.
Role - Recruitment Resourcer
Hours of work - Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, occasional overtime required
Salary - GBP20,000-GBP25,000/annum depending on experience
The role will be temporary with a view to going permanent if you prove yourself.
We are looking to recruit candidates with a knowledge of Recruitment who would be able to hit the ground running. Due to some large Client accounts we are really busy here at Cordant People and need to bring on board extra support to fulfil some volume requirements. We are looking for candidates who are driven, passionate and want to get a foot in the door.
Main responsibilities:
Sourcing suitable candidates against job roles
Telephone screenings
Checking compliance documents
Liaising with Clients when required
Arranging assessments/interviews
Skills required:
Excellent communication skills
IT literate - Previous experience using google systems is preferable
Willing to learn
Able to work to deadlines and under pressure
Confident and resilient
