An exciting opportunity exists to join a dynamic and award-winning organisation at the forefront of developing support services with and for young carers.

We are seeking an innovative, creative, and skilled individual to join our staff team contributing to coproduction with young carers to achieve positive change, to improving outcomes for young carers through our health and well-being programme, and to liaising with agencies, in particular education, to assist in improving their response to young carers.

Your excellent interpersonal and group facilitation skills will enable you to build trusting relationships with young people and to create engaging programmes. You will be highly organised and tenacious with the strong administrative skills required to maintain regular contact with partner agencies across the county.

This is an ideal position for an energetic person passionate about the participation of young people and with a commitment to enabling young people to reach their potential.
