We are recruiting a Team Administrator to provide administrative support across all functions of our business such as Business Support, Finance, Events, Publications and Account Management.

Dartington Hall (Dartington/Sheffield/Remote Working)
£19,035 per annum
Full time – 37.5 hours per week
Fixed term contract until 31 March 2022.

Reseach in Practice is renowned in children’s services and the adult social care sector, for providing high-quality learning events and resources.

We are seeking a highly organised, creative and energetic individual with strong administration and customer service skills, finance admin experience and the ability to work flexibly, ensuring deadlines are met.  Excellent time management, ability to work as part of a team, computer literacy, numeracy, accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are essential.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in a similar administration role and be confident to work proactively with both internal and external colleagues. Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, CRM and website CMS would be an advantage but not essential.

Key responsibilities of the role will be:

Work closely and collaboratively with the various teams, ensuring that they are supported by effective administration and that clear lines of communication are enabled between the teams.
Organise travel, meetings and accommodation as required, ensuring best value at all times.
Support the processing of purchase orders, invoices, credit card statements, monthly expense claims, mileage claims as required.
Provide word processing and other clerical support including proof-reading, minute-taking, and database administration. 
Assist in the preparation, print and packaging of materials for events, publications and marketing, including electronic and hard copy.
Liaise with our members on behalf of Account Managers to arrange meetings and provide administrative support.
Support the processing of publications, event and membership sales as required.
In conjunction with other members of administrative staff, assist in the management of incoming calls, visitors and hospitality.

We work with clients across England and Wales from our main office in Dartington, Devon and a satellite office in Sheffield. Candidates can apply to work in either location, or work from home by negotiation.
