Our Ledbury based client, the UK's leading manufacturer and distributor of building and plumbing supplies are looking for an experienced administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
With big plans to expand business by 50% over the next 5 years this is a great opportunity for progression.
Within the office you will be working in a small and friendly team ensuring the smooth running of the business.
You will be expected to assist your colleagues with various administrative duties including; Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages; Handling bookkeeping, budgeting and billing cycles for the business; Organising meetings and scheduling appointments. You will also be required to perform data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information.
I am looking for someone with great organisational and time management skills. If you have proven experience in a related role such as Office Assistant, Receptionist or other relevant position and Knowledge of computer programs used in daily office administration functions such as word processors, spreadsheets and specialised office management tools then please get in touch!
