Francesca's Recruitment are recruiting for a Sales Administrator based in Chesterfield. This is a full-time permanent role for a Key Working Company.
This varied role includes liaising with customers and engineers and would suit someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service and working as part of a friendly and motivated team. We are looking for an organised and adaptable individual, with a keen eye for detail and proactive attitude.
Sales Administrator Key areas of responsibility:
Handling calls and dealing with customer enquiries.
Updating customer online portals and ensuring KPI's are met.
Managing engineers' workloads
Maintaining accurate records on internal databases
Processing invoices and purchase orders
Sales Administrator Key Requirements:
Commitment to working well under pressure and as part of a team.
Computer literate with excellent communication skills
Previous administration experience and knowledge of Microsoft packages is desirable.
Knowledge of Sage 200 would be desirable but not essential.
Location - Chesterfield
Hours - Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm (37.5 hours per week)

Salary GBP16,303-National Minimum wage .
20 days holidays plus 8 days statutory
