Product Manager
The role
In short, the role is focussed on (in priority order):
Analysing client requirements, translating into a specification and liaising with all parties to deliver
Production and ongoing version control of all software specifications (client & internal)
Ensure our clients business unified in understanding of product, capabilities and functionalityTypical responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
Ownership and responsibility for defining, documenting and promoting the specification of the software platform to all stakeholders, both internal and external
Responsibility for ensuring the software is in alignment with the demands of customers and the market by liaising between Sales, Marketing and Development teams
Determine customer needs and use cases by collating research from internal (i.e. Sales, Marketing, Client Services) and external sources (i.e. Events, Seminars, Presentations) distilling into functional specifications for development What we would like you to have:
Strong client management skills from inception of requirement to delivery of completed solution
Strong client requirement analysis skills, translating into functional specification for development
Excellent attention to detail, validating software requirements to customer specificationsTechnical Skills
Strong experience in the structure and content of client functional software specifications
Strong understanding of document management tools and workflows (i.e. SharePoint)
Strong skills to query, articulate and adapt client requirements into the right solution
