Team Leader - Pumpkin Cafe Crewe Railway Station
SSP UK is now looking for a Team Leader to join our team in Crewe.
If you love coffee and if you love to lead and motivate a team this is the perfect role for you!
As a team leader you will be responsible for coordinating duties on shifts for the team. You will also ensure all service standards are adhered to and health and safety procedures are followed. You will also lead by example and train new members of staff making sure that every customer enjoys a fantastic experience with us.
To be successful in this role you will need previous experience of being a team leader or supervisor within a similar environment. If you have a strong Barista background and you looking to reach the next step in your career we would also love to hear from you!
This is a full time permanent position. Shifts will vary weekly and will include some early starts.
Rate of pay of GBP9.91 per hour.
