SUMMARY

The Project Coordinators will assist with the mobilisation of personnel to offshore locations globally and will work closely with key account managers to ensure the smooth running of client accounts. The Project Coordinator will be a key point of contact for personnel in the field.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Assist key account manager in the running of client accounts
Liaise with the recruitment team for the on boarding of newly appointed field personnel
Conduct inductions for new field personnel and issue associated paperwork
Liaise with admin team to ensure personnel files are maintained with current certificates and qualifications
Make travel arrangements for offshore and overseas mobilisations and demobilisation's for company personnel to include booking flights, arranging hotels, etc.
Process visa applications where necessary
Act as point of contact for assigned field personnel
Review and approve personnel time sheets and expenses and submit to finance team
Communicate daily with account manager, carry out any project specific tasks which may arise
Communicate any potential or actual issues, problems, or additional project information which could have an adverse impact to the Account Manager(s) with recommended solutions.
Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
Liaise with the recruitment team to ensure that accurate and timely staffing solutions are being provided across accounts
Provide monthly reports to clients as required and organising and attending regular review meetings
Involvement in personnel management where necessary (conducting feedback calls, day to day queries from personnel)
Produce reports as directed by Account Manager
General administrative duties
Any other duty as required by the line manager commensurate with the post. ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

Good at prioritising
Good computer and keyboard skills
Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
A good grasp of the English language (spelling and grammar)
Keen attention to detail
The ability to show initiativeEDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

2+ year's experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage a wide range of tasks simultaneously
Ability to be a self-starter with effective negotiating skills and excellent interpersonal skills
Experience in logistics and personnel coordination
Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative
Experience in a similar role within the Oil and Gas Industry
Flexible attitude towards working hours
Ideally degree qualified
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous recruitment experience essential
Excellent administration skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates COMPUTER SKILLS

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and general computer & technology literacy
