My client is looking for a Head Chef to lead and inspire the kitchen Brigade at this beautiful hotel near Reading.
As Head Chef you will have full reign when writing all the menus including the a la carte, banquet, meetings, and events menus ensuring these are changed and developed through the seasonal changes and daily where required.
A key focus for the Head Chef will be the ongoing training and coaching of the kitchen brigade and overall consistency in the kitchen.
Ideal Background for the role of Head Chef
As Head Chef you will ideally has current experience within a busy multi-outlet Hotel operation within the UK.
You must also be capable of maintaining the accolades and consistency and the 5 Star EHO classification
They are seeking a Head Chef who is confident and capable of keeping to strict budget controls, menu planning, costing of menus and training of all staff.
This position will require the Head Chef to run service and ensure all HACCP & COSHH procedures are followed to the highest of standards.
