Sphere Solutions are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to work on a large unit site in Exeter. This is a permanent opportunity working for an established housing developer that have a large land bank locally across Devon and have an excellent reputation for delivering a quality build, offering good career progression.
The role will be varied but essentially as the Assistant you will take the plots from watertight stage through to hand over, managing all internal trades. Reporting to the Site Manager you will work in collaboration to deliver an excellent build quality build and finish, being mindful of on-site health and safety requirements.
The successful candidate will come from a trade's background and have good experience of being an Assistant Site Manager on housing sites. Good NHBC knowledge and understanding is a must and our client is looking for longevity with previous employers. SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid at Work will be required.
On offer is a salary up to GBP45,000 + car or allowance, pension, private medical and annual bonus.
