We have a unique and exciting position to join us as a DRIVER TALENT AQUISISTION CONSULTANT. You will proactively be speaking with our Branch Network and Board of Directors to understand needs and requirements of our National HGV and Professional driver pool.
DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
Post vacancies on job boards, social media
Maintain a pool of skilled, motivated and professional drivers
Screen applicants for suitability
Conduct Interviews via Telephone/Microsoft Teams/Zoom
Achieve and hit weekly/monthly/quarterly onboarding targets
You Will Be:
A Creative Thinker
Result Orientated
Highly Driven
Thrive in a fast paced environment
Great Understanding of Driver Attraction and driver legality
Previous experience within a logistics recruitment environment preferred
The role can be based between branch, office and remotely.
