Trainee Life Insurance Sales Advisor- Fareham-- Permanent- GBP21,000 + Commission
Roma Black are looking for an Trainee Life Insurance Sales Advisor for a growing Life Insurance company at their Fareham office.
The successful Life Insurance Sales Advisor will have previous experience working within Life Insurance and be able to go in and hit the ground running. As a Life Insurance Adviser, you will be working with a warm desk and can go through extra training if required.
We are looking for a candidate who is a good listener, compliant and has a personnel approach to customers. This individual will need to care about every customer they speak to, to build trust and to make sure they can get them the best deal for their life insurance.
This role offers a great opportunity for someone with Life Insurance experience to develop and progress in an advisory role. This role is integral to the success of the business and will be rewarded with a competitive package.
The client offers a successful, positive office environment and make it a priority for their staff to enjoy going to work.
Some Key Responsibilities:
Working in a sales environment with a warm desk, no cold calling required.
Reviewing customers current policies then offering advice to make sure they are getting the best policy and price.
Advising customers on the best life insurance policy for that will suit their requirements and discussing any other queries with them.
Working towards realistic and achievable KPIs and targets each week/month.
Giving out expert advice to help find what the customer is looking for.
Essential Background/Skills
Sales experience
Knowledge of major protection insurers and the products they offer.
Previous experience meeting KPIs
Experience working in a commission-based environment.
Experience of dealing with customers over the phone and being compliant.
Will be an expert in building relationships and trusted partnerships with customers.
