Main duties:
To be responsible for providing high-quality level of customer service to health care professionals and partners
The Role:
- To be the first point of contact for deliver excellent multilingual Customer Service in English AND Portuguese
- To provide Customer Support to new and existing customers in the healthcare industry
- To help support physicians with operational issues
- To ensure regional requirements are followed
- To promote a patient focused culture amongst all partners
- To monitor efficiency of ongoing programs and report to the line manager
- To deal with administrative duties (translation of relevant documentation)
- To keep accurate records and data input
- To deal with customers complaints
- To liaise with other internal departments
The Candidate:
- Fluent in English AND Portuguese - written and spoken (Essential)
- Previous Administration or Customer service experience desirable
- Experience within the healthcare / pharmaceutical desirable but not essential
- Background or Academic degree in Life sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Healthcare desirable
- Good interpersonal skills, proactive & dynamic
- Computer Literate or Qualifications
