We have the privilege of working with a professional construction company based on the outskirts of Ipswich who are looking for an efficient Receptionist for approximately 3 months.
Firstly, our client is a prestigious manufacture who pride themselves on delivering high standards to both their client and staff. They strive towards maintaining high standards and always providing support and training for all employee's.
The role:
* Delivering strong customer service on Reception to all visitors
* Answering a switchboard - so maintaining professional standards and taking calls with the utmost professionalism
* Liaising with internal staff
* Ensuring messages are taken accurately and passed on to colleagues
* Hours: Monday to Friday 08:45 - 17:15
