We are looking for Support Workers in Ipswich to support three gentleman in their 20's.

Location: Ipswich, Suffolk
Hourly rate - GBP8.91 per hour
Contract type: Permenant

Positions available:

  • Full time- 37.5 hours per week
  • Part time- 30 hours per week
  • Waking nights- 10 hours per week (Sunday only)

Requirements: Driving licence essential

We are looking for Support workers who will enjoy sharing activities with the person we support such as walks, in house activities, sensory, 1-1 time, drives out. Now we are starting to see the ease of lockdown restrictions, to assist the people we support to eating out, activities, cinema's and many more. This role will involve full personal care including bathing, toileting and changing.

We have a lively atmosphere with a team of three-four Support Workers. This is not a lone working service and you would be joining a region who provide ongoing support and leadership from the management team including mental health.

Shift patterns will vary weekly and work around the people we support including 7am -3pm/2pm - 10pm/ and alternate weekends (to be discussed at interview).
