Service Care Solutions are looking for a HR Client Support Officer to work on a full-time contract in Northallerton with a local Police Force.

The Support Officer is responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the Estates department by providing a first point of contact from internal and external customers

Responsiblities:
- Ensure the service is delivered in line with specific targeted customer service levels, health and safety standards and legislation.
- Dealing with customer and colleague enquiries and support these courteously, proactively and efficiently
- Work effectively with colleagues and line management in achieving customer service and expectations
- Ensure that quality and value for money are considered in supporting the management of the estate
- Investigating, collating, presenting, reporting on and maintaining service desk information.
- Use and develop administrative and financial processes and procedures, to ensure effective and efficient administration in order to provide a quality customer service. - Maintain internal customer relationships and expectations to ensure that an efficient Estates service desk function is provided

Experience:
- You will have excellent customer service, problem solving and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate with a broad range of diverse and demanding customers across a variety of platforms.
- You will build effective working relationships at all levels, and support a broad range of diverse internal and external stakeholders who require an exemplary service. - You will be able to demonstrate how you work proactively and collaboratively in a team, with personal credibility, in order to provide a quality level of service
- You will be competent in administration and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and IT systems
- You will have a high level of attention to detail and be comfortable with producing and presenting accurate data and information.
- Ideally you will have experience in the areas of facilities management, customer service, business support.

Roles will be subject to national security checks, so it is advised that applicants have a clean DBS history, and have resided in the UK for at least the last 10 years.
