My client an innovative Biotech company who specialise in Genetics, are seeking a Senior Manager to join their IVD Assay Development Team. In the role you will assist the development of products based on their processes, tools and systems from feasibility to validation. You will manage a team along with projects to develop the best quality assays.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience developing IVD products.
• Team management and mentorship.
• Degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or a related field.
• Will based in Cambridge or a commutable distance
• Excellent communication skills.
