BardWood Support Services are currently recruiting for prestigious corporate security officers. You will be ensuring the security and safety of premises and people at a high-profile corporate site based in West Sussex
Brief duties:
?? Ensure all instructions, both written and verbal are adhered to
?? Provide security escort to all areas of the building as and when required
?? Report any issues to the supervisor or duty manager
?? Always conduct yourself in a professional manner
?? Complete internal and external patrols, gatehouse duties, CCTV monitering
?? Respond to emergencies
?? Write up incidents to the standard expected by Management
?? Carry out ID checks / Issuing ID Cards
?? Be vigilant to the Health and Safety risks
?? Follow all reasonable requests from the Supervisor or Senior Management
?? Excellent communication skills to all levels - verbally, written, phone and by security radio's
?? Can work effectively as part of a team or can work on own initiative
?? Excellent interpersonal skills, to liaise with security officers, managers and directors
?? Can solve problems and make decisions
?? A skilful negotiator who can resolve issues
?? Excellent organisational and time management skills
?? A positive attitude to dealing with people and taking on challenges
Shifts are days and nights 12 hrs 6 to 6
All candidates will need:
?? 5-year checkable work history
?? Valid SIA badge
?? Excellent communication skills
?? Excellent customer service skills
Pay Rate: GBP9.36p/h
