Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with our client based in Leeds who are looking to recruit a HR Administrator to join their HR Team helping to provide effective and timely administrative support.

You will be responsible for the proactive day to day administration within the HR function whilst also being the first line support for any queries.

Role Responsibilities:

- Process new starters and leavers, including all paperwork and correspondence
- Updating and maintaining company HR systems and filing systems
- Maintaining employee trackers
- Supporting with offer letters, reference request etc.
- First point of contact for any general enquiries
- Helping with any occupational health referrals
- Coordinating the HR email inboxes
- Supporting with taking notes in meetings e.g. disciplinaries
- Supporting with key people projects
- Assist with any OH referrals and admin
- Work with payroll to help with admin when needed

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a HR admin role or a senior admin role in a manufacturing company
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise workloads and reschedule according to business needs
- Strong time management with ability to manage multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to communicate at all levels
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar
