We are now looking for a resourcer to join our busy office in Ecclesfield, Sheffield. Working in a fast paced and driven environment in a team of 8 you will be responsible for running a busy warm desk filling a range of both temporary and permanent vacancies within the housing and care and support sectors as well as building upon new and existing relationships and business development though the bulk of the role will be resourcing and coordinating interviews.
The ideal candidate will come from a housing or care recruitment background and be experienced in filling both temporary and permanent vacancies from start to finish. Working in a rewarding and exciting environment you will be a team player, with a vibrant personality capable of multitasking, who can communicate well at all levels and can build on new and existing client relationships to provide a 365 recruitment service.
We can offer a basic starting salary in circa of GBP20,000 - GBP22,000, and an attractive bonus structure as well as a working week of Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. We are based in Ecclesfield, within a short distance of Junction 35 of the M1. Our business centre offers secure free parking and a range of amenities.
This role may suit someone with starter recruitment experience keen to progress into a consultant role and full training will be provided.
