Senior Facilities Manager with TFM experience, perm, immediate start, attractive competitive salary for the right candidate
We are delighted to offer this outstanding permanent appointment for a diligent, customer-centric Senior Facilities Manager. You will be a professional, polished individual with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder skills, someone who is driven by the desire to achieve continual improvement on all aspects of service delivery to ensure best in class TFM contract delivery.
You will be responsible for manaing several site-based staff. This critical, client-facing role encompasses the delivery of key business objectives, the financial management and control and the hands on daily operational management of a high value contract within our Client's business.
Job Title: Senior Facilities Manager
Department: Facilities Management
Location: Didcot
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week
Shift pattern: Mon - Fri - 08.00 - 17.00hrs (1hr for lunch)

Main Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Day to day management and delivery of the FM Contract
2. Development of the team on site to ensure excellence in customer service
3. Cultivate a culture of continual improvement through structured change management.
4. Lead regular operational meetings / team briefings with staff to deliver clear understanding of business objectives, contract performance requirements
5. Utilise our Client's Management Systems Manual processes to structure contract governance, communicate requirements, and control risk
6. Ensure effective and meaningful communication with both the on-site team and client.
7. Ensure compliance with contract KPI's and SLA's
8. Chair monthly meetings, reporting to the client representatives on, service delivery and commercial performance and contract KPI status
9. Ensure all operational services and agreed contract objectives are consistently delivered on time and in accordance with the contract requirement
10. Conduct regular performance reviews with third party suppliers operating across the contract
11. Hold regular scheduled team meetings to incentivise the workforce on common goals, to understand concerns, identify blockages to completion of tasks and encourage shared ideas to add value to the contract
12. Have regular One to Ones to provide assurance to staff, understand and address any concerns, and develop interim training and development plans
13. Be first point of call for client Representative and stakeholders Motivate the team to think about doing things differently through the transfer of knowledge
14. Manage contract budget and work in progress for the contract and provide written monthly reports to the Contract Administrator
15. Develop and maintain close business relationships with clients' operational personnel and management teams and realign delivery requirements with client expectations
16. Lead, deliver and display positive behaviours at all times to set the high standards expected from all staff within contract team
17. Ensure all aspects of service delivery are aligned to client governance Any other duties requested in line with this managerial position
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
* Relevant facilities qualification
* Excellent Customer Care Skills
* At least 5 years' experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Detailed and Meaningful Report writing
* Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Experience managing and motivating a high performing team
