gap personnel acting as an employment business are currently recruiting for an Administrator Coordinator for our prestigious client based in Swindon on a temp to perm basis.

The role is varied, and the ability to be adaptive and manage workloads across 3 different departments is essential.

Working hours offer a degree of flexibility, and our client are happy to consider shifts between (Apply online only) or (Apply online only), Monday to Friday.

Typical duties will include:

- Inbound and outbound customer service

- Contacting customers in a timely manner to schedule deliveries

- Liaising with designers and fitters to ensure delivery days run smoothly

- Ordering of consumable stock

- General administrative support

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a large office setting, and be comfortable cross-networking across large departments.

Starting salary is offered at GBP20,000pa.
