What does a typical day in this role look like?
* Review Insights reports regarding Customer journeys across all routes to market
* Design and Implement plans using multiple Insights, that drive Customer Recommendation
* Build relationships and influence Key Stakeholders, to support required Head office and Channel specific targets.
* Collate past weekly and monthly insights, forward focus areas/plans and communicate key successes, areas of improvement, changes and key developments, to Retail Heads
* Analyse Communications data to identify areas of opportunity in how and what we message
* Work closely with the UK Insights team to build a clear Road-map of insights for Retail
We'd love to meet someone with...
* Excellent eye for details, can identify trends and patterns in information and be able to communicate findings in a clear and concise manner
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to present complex subject matter in simple and engaging way.
* Building and maintaining effective working relationships (influence and negotiating)
* High attention to detail
* Intermediate MS office and PowerPoint creation for varying presentation types (Sell-in, Communication, Project Planning)
