Maintenance Technician (Plumber) - 2118

Landmarc currently require a Plumbing Maintenance Technician to join our thriving business. The role will require you to be responsible for any maintenance both planned and reactive on several sites. The successful candidate will be a good team player working within a small but dedicated team also with the ability to work alone or with minimum supervision.

Qualifications and requirements:
• Experience and knowledge of maintaining hot & cold water systems.
• Experience and knowledge of maintaining heating systems.
• Working experience of general building maintenance.
• Knowledge of H&S such as COSHH, manual handling, risk assessments and safe systems of work.
• Experience of communicating with customers.

Desirable:
• Recognised Plumbing qualification
• Recognised Air conditioning and/or Air Source Heat Pump training
• Recognised CAT & Genny training
• Experience of general building maintenance such as basic carpentry and tiling
• Legionella Awareness training
• IPAF MEWP training (preferably 1b)

• Carry out a range of general plumbing maintenance including fault finding.
• Carry out general plumbing installations.
• Work as part of a close team in a very busy, fast paced environment.
• Willing to assist other trades and carry out any required maintenance.
• Willingness to be part of the out of hours on-call roster
