CRM Project Business Lead

CRM Project Business Lead Responsibilities:
Delivering on our strategy requires significant levels of investment and transformation across the Society. As part of this work we are modernising our technology infrastructure, including the design and implementation of a new CRM system.
The CRM Functional Lead - Business is a fixed term contract role accountable for ensuring the business needs of Fundraising, and other CRM users, are represented, and business benefits realised, within the Fundraising CRM replacement project.
The CRM replacement project is a critical project underpinning Fundraising's long-term goals and success. Accountable for ensuring the business needs of Fundraising are represented, and business benefits realised, the CRM Functional Lead - Business, along with the CRM replacement team, will be responsible for the success of this project.
CRM Project Business Lead Requirements:
The successful candidate will have extensive experience and knowledge of fundraising methods and experience in leading CRM replacement projects or large process change.
You'll bring a solution-focused approach to the role and confidently lead through change.
You'll have experience of working at all levels of an organisation and within a structured project setting with established methodologies.
You'll have a proactive and engaging approach and enjoy working in a collaborative and consultative way.

Contract type: Fixed Term Contract, 2 to 3 years
Hours: Full time, 35 per week
Salary: GBP42,417 - GBP47,660 actual per annum (depending on skills and experience) (+ London Allowance of GBP3,600 if applicable)
