The Facilities Site Manager is responsible for the total facilities management on a multi-disciplinary site and team. You will manage a number of different services whist providing support to the delivery of the site and the military training area.
Role Duties:
* Manage a team of 7 people in respect to performance, attendance behaviour, capability, welfare health and safety and record ensure that all the training facilities are fit for purpose
* Ensure resources are fit for purpose
* Ensure the training estate facilities are fit for purpose
* Liaise with Stakeholders
* Have the ability to complete documentation on an IT system

* Ability to manage budgets
* Ability to drive continuous improvement
* Ability to performance mange teams
* Workforce planning skills
* Able to manage sub-contractors
* IT skills
* Able to carry out inspections and where necessary hold relevant qualifications to do so
