Information about the school

Ospringe is a Church of England Primary School with a strong and caring ethos. We have 226 pupils on roll taught in 8 classes within our spacious school site on the outskirts of Faversham.

Our Ospringe school family's Christian ethos: nurture- grow- succeed; is underpinned by Jesus' mustard seed parable- from the smallest seeds grow the greatest shrubs (Mt13v31-32). Valuing our diverse community, together we embody our vision, "With God's guidance; sowing the seeds of success; nurturing and inspiring pupils and adults to flourish." Our children are happy, keen to learn and well behaved. We work hard to encourage each child to reach their full potential and are proud of the support and care given by our staff to all pupils. As Ofsted noted when we were inspected in November 2017: There is a genuine love for learning in this school. Teachers have very high expectations of their pupils, who respond by trying their hardest at all times.

Our School and all its personnel are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children. This post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure Application to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
