Salary: GBP8.36 - GBP9.20 an hour
Contract: Full time or Part time contracts available, Permanent

The Role - Community Support Worker:

We are offering you the opportunity to work as part of a caring, dedicated and compassionate team of people who wake up in the morning with the sole purpose to make a positive difference to the lives of vulnerable people.

As one of our Community Support Workers, you can expect to be providing:

• PersonalCare - To include, washing, bathing, toileting, assisting with getting up in the morning and settling down for the night etc.
• DomesticTasks - To include light cleaning, laundry, meal preparation / cooking, grocery shopping etc.
• SocialStimulation - Accompanying service users to social events, medical appointments, shopping etc.

What we want from you:

We welcome applications from candidates that have previous experience however you do not need any formal experience to be considered as one of our Community Support Workers, full training will be given at our premises.

It would be preferable if you had a full driving license and access to your own vehicle but this is not essential.

You must have:

• A genuine passion for care, coupled with a determination to succeed.
• An empathetic and understanding nature.
• Flexibility; the ability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings and alternate weekends.

• Excellent Rates of Pay GBP8.36 - GBP9.20 an hour.
• GBP100.00 for recommending a friend after they have completed 3 months employment.
